Pear & Treacle Tart
A delicious twist on the classic British dessert. Our sourdough breadcrumb filled treacle tart is sticky and treacly, yet surprisingly light. The pears are from our own orchard and preserved to be added to this tart. The tart would fine four for a dessert after dinner, six for a small slice each and two for a couple of servings over a weekend! Serve with crème fraîche or greek yoghurt.
